Modern Mature Style and Multi-Functional Living Spaces

Located on Tai Tam Road, this residence utilizes a refined design language and high-quality materials to create a mature and sophisticated living space for a couple who values their quality of life. The design team focused on balancing spatial practicality with modern aesthetics, accurately fulfilling the homeowners' dual demands for tasteful living and functionality.

Black Kitchen Design: Integrating Chinese and Western Culinary Functions

Serving as the core interactive area of the home, the kitchen features a sleek and modern black color palette, showcasing a unique contemporary aesthetic.

  • Dual Culinary Configuration: The space cleverly integrates both Chinese and Western-style cooking areas, fully accommodating the homeowners' diverse daily dietary habits and culinary needs.
  • Modern Visuals: The application of black tones not only elevates the modern feel of the space but also brings a grounded, composed visual effect to the everyday cooking environment.

Marble Bathroom Space: A Pure Showcase of Materials

The bathroom design abandons complicated color schemes, returning to the pure essence of the materials themselves.

  • Elegant Texture: The bathroom space is entirely crafted from marble, endowing the area with a high-end, luxurious texture.
  • Atmosphere Creation: Through the natural extension of marble veining, the design successfully establishes a refined, relaxing, and highly elegant bathing environment.

A Mature Interpretation with Walnut Panels and an Independent Wine Room

The design team broke through the constraints of the original layout by completely transforming an old bedroom into a lounge area specifically designed for entertaining guests, giving the space entirely new social and leisure functions.

  • Materials and Visual Atmosphere: The space makes extensive use of walnut panels paired with exquisite moldings. The grounded nature of the dark wood, combined with the layered lines, successfully creates a mature, understated, and highly textured atmosphere for this reception area.
  • Upgraded Entertaining Functionality: To further enhance the complete hosting experience, the designers cleverly converted the originally attached walk-in closet into a dedicated small wine room. This layout transformation not only perfectly aligns with the homeowners' need to entertain friends and family, but it also adds significant depth and practicality to the overall use of space.

"Carving out a mature and understated lifestyle with refined black tones and warm walnut wood."
