Modern Low-Key Luxury and Dedicated Dual-Study Layout

Located in the tranquil coastal estate of THE DYNASTY in Tsuen Wan, this residence is the epitome of modern luxury. Catering to a young couple's desire for a space that is both simple and luxurious, the design team crafted a comfortable, peaceful, and highly textured sanctuary through precise material selection and spatial planning.

Living and Dining Area: A Subtle Interplay of Marble and Metal

The living and dining areas feature a square layout that perfectly balances storage functionality with visual aesthetics.

  • Space and Storage: High cabinets are strategically incorporated to fulfill daily storage needs while providing a display area for decorative items.
  • Visual Focus: The sofa backdrop and TV wall are accented with large, unique marble designs, injecting a natural yet luxurious feel into the space. The dining area features a marble table that seamlessly complements the living room's design language.
  • Material Palette: The communal areas are carefully curated with gray wallpaper, warm wooden flooring, gold metal accents, and off-white curtains. This combination successfully cultivates a sophisticated and low-key luxurious atmosphere.

Dual-Study Configuration: Personalized Spaces for Working from Home

To accommodate the growing demand for working from home (WFH), the design team transformed two of the rooms into independent, dedicated study spaces for the homeowners, showcasing a highly customized approach.

  • His Study: Designed with black wood and a calm gray color scheme, creating a rational, professional, and grounded work environment.
  • Her Study: Utilizes a light color palette paired with delicate metallic elements to foster a bright, elegant, and feminine workspace.

Master Suite and Kitchen/Bath: Concealed Designs and Cohesive Materials

The private quarters and utility spaces pay equal attention to detail, ensuring stylistic continuity throughout the home.

  • Master Bedroom Details: The master suite establishes its tone with a wallpapered design. It cleverly employs a feature wall and a concealed door with a metallic frame to hide the en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, maintaining a clean and uninterrupted visual flow.
  • Bath and Kitchen: The bathroom incorporates unique marble elements that echo the living room, presenting a pure and elegant texture. Meanwhile, the kitchen introduces simple wireframe designs into the overall gray color scheme, adding subtle visual depth to the practical space.

"Interweaving marble textures and understated metal to create a tranquil, luxurious private haven."
